Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of anothercv, an ATS-focused resume builder operated by anothercv. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use anothercv. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

The Free plan includes one manual resume, the Classic template, a general ATS score, and PDF export.

The Pro plan includes unlimited resumes, all four templates, AI inline assistance, general ATS scoring, job description match scoring, and PDF export, subject to fair use and technical limits.

Plan features, pricing, and availability may change. If changes materially affect an active paid subscription, we will handle them in accordance with applicable law and payment platform rules.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle may collect billing details, calculate taxes, process payments, and send payment-related communications.

You may cancel a paid plan according to the available cancellation flow. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

AI features may generate summaries, bullet points, keyword suggestions, and ATS feedback based on the content you provide. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all resume content before using it. anothercv does not guarantee job interviews, job offers, ATS ranking, or hiring outcomes.

You retain ownership of resume content, uploaded CV content, job descriptions, and other materials you provide. You grant anothercv the rights needed to host, process, display, export, analyze, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the service.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or misleading content, or content you do not have the right to use.

anothercv, including its software, interface, templates, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by anothercv or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not grant you ownership of anothercv intellectual property. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by law.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass feature gates, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, or use anothercv for unlawful activity.

We aim to keep anothercv available and reliable, but the service may be interrupted, delayed, changed, suspended, or discontinued for maintenance, updates, security reasons, provider outages, or business reasons.

We may modify features, limits, design, integrations, and pricing over time.

anothercv is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, anothercv will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, hiring decisions, or employment outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to anothercv for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Turkey will have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of anothercv after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
